Omari Sanders -  Managing Partner (Head Bean In Charge)
Omari Sanders is an entrepreneur at heart; his keen business sense and economic background led him to found esolutions360, a Virginia-based web design/development company, in 2001.  Sanders has been putting that same skill set to work as Managing Partner of eSolutions360, LLC, steering the growth of the company from new business development to application development.  Sanders’ has developed enterprise-level web applications for the Department of Defense, Department of Interior as well as many businesses and non-profit organizations.  Sanders’ comprehensive web application development experience with various Northern Virginia entities, including his own company, complements the various other technical backgrounds of the company. Sanders holds a degree in economics and history from James Madison University in Virginia. 

Zeb Sanders - Managing Partner (Head Bean Counter)
Zeb Sanders knows that when it comes to business, expanding the customer base and watching the bottom line is all a numbers game.  A mathematics graduate of Voorhees College in South Carolina, he has over 25 years of experience in cultivating vendor relationships and managing multi-million dollar budgets.  During an extensive tenure with Time Life Books, Zeb managed internal training programs, administered budget approval and analysis, and maintained vendor and buyer contracts.  As Head Bean Counter for esolutions360, LLC, he reviews all contracts, oversees project development, and continuously performs profitability analyses for all company endeavors.
